Twitter account @TheFitFood posted a video of a 2015 PopSugar recipe for low calorie avocado mac and cheese, in which the cheese part is replaced with avocado plus the tiniest bit of GOAT cheese and topped with toasted almond flour instead of breadcrumbs.
