The leak is being seen as a signal that the HDC, scheduled for June 21-23, will see the debut of the beta version of Huawei’s self-developed operating system HarmonyOS NEXT for developers. The Chinese tech giant is aiming to expand its HarmonyOS ecosystem to include 5,000 native apps by the end of 2024, with a long-term goal of reaching 500,000.
