The UK is currently in lockdown and government guidance insists that people are only permitted to leave their homes for food, health reasons, or work (if it's not possible to work from home). Under this guidance, broadcast interviews are being conducted remotely.

"OK, somebody who wants to come and say hello to you while you're on the telly, we've seen this happen before, haven't we?" said Burley, likely referring to BBC Dad.

"She's welcome anytime on the programme," she added.

Dodds smiled unfazed and carried on with the interview while her daughter wandered out of the room. Interruptions like this are truly welcome anytime with us.
