Uber has big plans to reward its most loyal customers.
The ass fucking moviesridesharing company has invited a select few users to a mysterious "priority support" program.

A spokesperson for Uber said priority members will have access to an exclusive 24/7 support hotline. They will also, when using in-app support, be connected with "specially trained experts."
Priority support is still in beta, meaning it will probably be rolled out to more users at a later date. At the moment, Uber will not disclose specifics of how many riders have been invited to the program, or how they were selected, other than that it is a "portion of our most frequent riders." The few invitees we know of have had over 3,000 miles ridden.
The invitations claim that users are invited as a "thank you" for having travelled multiple thousands of miles with Uber. The company claims that similar updates, such as this summer's rollout of 24/7 phone support, have been popular with drivers in the past. "We're always thinking about ways to say thank you to our riders," the company spokesperson said.
This isn't Uber's first exclusive feature; the company has had a VIP program for frequent riders since 2015. Still, this mysterious beta test hints at a renewed focus on entrenching loyal customers.
