Adam Scott has no time for right-wing tomfoolery involving his face.

It started when Saagar Enjeti from The Hillreported on Monday that President Trump said he would be fine appointing a new Supreme Court nominee in 2020. In recent months, McConnell has been downright glib about the way he blocked Garland, and he's been totally okay with voting on a Trump SCOTUS nominee in 2020 -- the kind of political chicanery we've come to expect from the GOP.
So McConnell's campaign team (McConnell is up for re-election in 2020) shared Enjeti's tweet and added that Ben Wyatt GIF, one more knife twist in this ongoing saga.

Scott fired back, and then Team Mitch replied with this little Ben Wyatt nugget that Parks & Recfans will remember well.

But Scott wasn't done, dropping the infamous photo of Mitch McConnell receiving an award in front of a giant Confederate flag, which has made the rounds frequently in recent years.

Here's hoping the GOP will move on and find a new show to exploit in GIF form.
