If you're asking yourself why this picture even matters, it's because Adidas seemed to already had had its moment in the crazy trend spotlight. People, and teens in particular, were obsessed with Adidas Superstars in the late 90s and early 2000s. They were the only shoe to wear. Trust us.
But it looks like Adidas never did truly go away. At least, not from these responses to Meredith's tweet.
