Signed by a Liza Wedgwood, the message originates from the website avaaz.org as part of the #PostRefLove initiative that endeavors to counteract the rise of anti-immigration sentiment in the UK following the results of the EU referendum by inviting people to "share a message of hope."
The messages can be spotted posted in various spots around London.
