Re-wearing a dress at the Oscars could Playboy Wet And Wild 2 (1990)be seen as a faux pas, but not if it was the dress you won an Oscar in 56 years ago.
Iconic West Side Storyactress Rita Moreno dusted off her dress from the 1962 Oscars for this year's ceremony at Hollywood's Dolby Theatre.
SEE ALSO: Here's the full Oscars 2018 winners listNow 86, Moreno wore this stunning black and gold number the year she accepted the award for Best Supporting Actress for West Side Story. She's one of just 12 people to have won an Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Award.
"I would think it would tarnish!” she told Ryan Seacrest during the E! red carpet broadcast, reported by Vanity Fair.
Moreno then reflected on the previous night she'd worn the dress. “I had no idea I was going to win, I was sure it was going to be Judy Garland for Judgment at Nuremberg. I flew in from Manila in the Philippines just in case, which is where this gown was made.”
